nostos.market is operated by NOSTOS, an independent retail business in Duluth, Georgia. By accessing this site you agree to these terms. The site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate legitimate retail transactions. Unauthorized scraping, automated access, or use of site content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Trade-In & Purchase Transactions

Offers generated by the online estimate tool are non-binding and subject to in-person inspection. Final trade-in values are determined at the counter after physical examination of items. All sales are final unless an item is materially misrepresented. NOSTOS reserves the right to refuse any transaction.

Returns & Online Orders

All online orders are final sale. NOSTOS sells used and vintage items, each graded and described individually at time of listing. Because every item is unique and one-of-one, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item was materially misrepresented in its condition or description.

If you believe your order does not match its listed condition, contact will@nostos.market within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item as received. Valid misrepresentation claims will be resolved with a full refund. Return shipping in those cases is covered by NOSTOS.

In-store purchases are governed by the same policy. All sales are final at the point of transaction.

Intellectual Property

All original content on nostos.market - copy, design, and code - is owned by NOSTOS. Game titles, console names, and publisher trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

NOSTOS makes no warranties regarding price accuracy, item availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market values for retro games fluctuate; published prices are estimates based on current data at time of listing. NOSTOS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
