Who We Are

NOSTOS is an independent retail business operating at 3940 Buford Hwy Suite B110, Duluth, GA 30096. The data controller is NOSTOS, LLC, reachable through the business owner at will@nostos.market or (404) 590-7887.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number you provide at checkout. Payment card details (number, CVV, expiration) are never seen, stored, or transmitted by NOSTOS. They go directly from your browser to our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). NOSTOS only receives a confirmation token, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand for receipt and refund purposes.

When you join the email waitlist, we collect your email address. When you contact us by email or phone, we retain the message content for customer service purposes. If you tell us about an item you're hoping to find, we may make a note of it so we can give you a heads-up if it comes in. Just ask and we'll remove it any time.

How We Use Your Information

Order data is used to fulfill, ship, and support your purchase, including providing tracking information, processing returns, and complying with tax and accounting requirements. Email addresses collected via the waitlist are used solely to notify subscribers about new arrivals, restocks, and storefront opening news, and only with the consent you give when you join. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you may also request removal at any time by emailing will@nostos.market. Order confirmations, shipping notices, and other transactional messages are sent as part of your purchase and are not marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We share the minimum information necessary with the following service providers to operate the store:

• ·Stripe: payment processing. Receives card data, billing address, and order total directly from your browser. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• ·USPS: shipping carrier. Receives the name and shipping address printed on the label.
• ·EasyPost: shipping label service. Receives the name and address on every label NOSTOS buys, both outbound orders and prepaid trade-in labels, along with the parcel weight and dimensions. No payment data is sent to EasyPost.
• ·Resend: transactional email. Receives the email address and message content for order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service replies.
• ·Cloudflare Pages: site hosting. Logs standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) per Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies & Tracking

nostos.market uses minimal first-party browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to remember your cart and your in-progress sell list on your own device. We set no advertising or analytics cookies and use no third-party tracking, ad pixels, or cross-site profiling, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. The payment processor (Stripe) sets cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention, governed by its own privacy policy. Typography is served from nostos.market itself, so no font CDN is contacted.

Data Retention

Order records are retained for seven years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request removal. Support messages are retained for two years.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing will@nostos.market. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. NOSTOS does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know, access, and delete their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing, none of which NOSTOS engages in. Canadian residents may exercise the access and correction rights provided under PIPEDA. We will never charge you or deny you service for exercising these rights.

Children

NOSTOS is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
