Returns & Refunds

Summary
NOSTOS sells used and vintage inventory. Every item is graded and described individually, so most sales are final. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for three reasons: material misrepresentation of an item's condition, non-functional hardware, or damage in transit. On valid claims, NOSTOS pays return shipping and issues a full refund.
Eligible for Return
- ·Materially misrepresented condition. If an item arrives in worse condition than its listing described — missing parts not noted, damage not disclosed, wrong region or revision — return it for a full refund.
- ·Non-functional hardware. Consoles, controllers, and accessories are tested before shipping. If a hardware item arrives dead on arrival, we refund or replace.
- ·Damaged in transit. If your package arrives crushed, soaked, or otherwise damaged by the carrier, photograph the package and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 7 days.
Not Eligible for Return
- ·Buyer's remorse, changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, ordered the wrong region by mistake — these are not eligible. Read the listing and ask questions before ordering.
- ·Items returned outside the 14-day window.
- ·Items damaged after delivery by the buyer.
- ·Vintage apparel returned with smoke or pet-hair contamination not present at shipment.
How to Request a Return
- 01Email will@nostos.market within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item as received.
- 02We review and respond within 1 business day. Valid claims get a prepaid return label by email.
- 03Ship the item back in its original packaging using the prepaid label.
- 04Refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Refund Timing
Refunds post within 3 business days of NOSTOS receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
Store Credit Option
On valid return claims, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit worth 110% of the refund value. Store credit never expires and applies to any item on the site or in the physical store.
In-Store Returns
The storefront at 3940 Buford Hwy Suite B110, Duluth, GA is not yet open to foot traffic. Beginning July 1, 2026 (soft open), in-store returns will follow the same 14-day policy: bring the item and your order confirmation; in-store refunds issue to the original payment method the same day. Until then, all returns are handled by mail using the prepaid label issued after a return request is approved.
International Orders
NOSTOS does not currently ship outside the United States and Canada. International shipping is planned for future expansion and is not active at checkout today. If you are outside the US or Canada and want to be notified when shipping opens to your country, share your interest by emailing will@nostos.market; you will not be charged or shipped to until we confirm availability to your region.
