Regions Served

NOSTOS currently ships to the United States and Canada through standard checkout. International shipping is not yet active — we are laying the groundwork for future expansion. If you are outside the US or Canada and want to be notified when shipping opens to your region, email will@nostos.market and we will add you to the regional interest list. No order will be created until shipping is confirmed available to your country.

Carriers & Methods

All NOSTOS orders ship via USPS. Tracking is included on every label. Service is chosen automatically based on weight and destination:

  • ·USPS Ground Advantage — domestic packages under 2 lb. USPS's standard 2023-and-later replacement for First Class / Retail Ground.
  • ·USPS Priority Mail — domestic packages 2 lb and over, consoles, and high-value orders. Tracking and $100 carrier insurance included by default.
  • ·USPS Priority Mail International — Canada and international destinations. Customs paperwork prepared on every label.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and is displayed before you confirm payment. The total — item plus shipping plus any applicable sales tax — is shown on the cart and confirmation screens. There are no hidden fees and no charges added after payment.

  • ·Domestic US fallback rate: $7.99 flat USPS Ground Advantage when destination-specific rates aren't applicable.
  • ·Typical domestic range: $5–$12 for cartridges and games, $12–$25 for consoles.
  • ·Canada: calculated USPS Priority Mail International, typically $20–$40 depending on weight. Duties and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
  • ·Other countries: quoted personally by email when available. The localized banner that appears on the shop pages outside the US and Canada has direct contact details.

Free Shipping on Trade-Ins ($50+)

Selling to NOSTOS is different: when your trade-in offer comes out to $50 or more, NOSTOS sends you a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label at no cost to you. Pack your items, drop the box at any USPS location — no postage, no waiting in line. This is automatic on every qualifying quote submitted via /sell.

Processing Time

NOSTOS is owner-operated. Orders are typically packed and handed to USPS within 1–3 business days of payment — often the same or next business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We email tracking the moment the label is printed.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier estimates only — not guarantees. NOSTOS is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or holiday backlogs after the package leaves Duluth.

  • ·US East Coast: 2–5 business days after ship date
  • ·US Central / Mountain: 3–6 business days
  • ·US West Coast / AK / HI: 4–7 business days
  • ·Canada: 6–14 business days, plus customs clearance

Packing Standards

Every cartridge and disc ships in a protective sleeve inside a rigid mailer or box. Complete-in-box items ship in a rigid box with padded fill on all six sides. Consoles ship double-boxed. We do not reuse retail boxes for the outer shipper — anonymous unmarked packaging only.

Insurance & Lost Packages

USPS Priority Mail includes carrier insurance up to $100 by default. For orders over $100 we declare full insured value on the label at no charge to the buyer. If a tracked package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier and email will@nostos.market within 7 days — we will work with you and USPS on a claim.

Address Accuracy

Confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are not eligible for refund or reshipment. If a package is returned to NOSTOS by the carrier due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you for a corrected address; reshipment cost is the buyer's responsibility.
